Once I have completed a commission I send a copy electronically to make sure you are completely happy with it.

If you are providing photos, they need to be clear and preferably taken on a camera in daylight and emailed to me. If you would like me to come and take photos there will be a small charge for my time plus possibly a travelling charge dependant on your location - please contact me for a quote.*
Please note as the artist and in line with copyright laws I would retain copyright and all reproductions rights on the artwork unless otherwise agreed at time of order and confirmed in writing. I have included reproduction rights which allows me to make prints, etc of the artwork to sell on, including this option helps me to keep my commission prices down. * Copyright of any photos I take will also remain with me and I may choose to use the images in the future for artwork unless otherwise agreed.
